Forms that know when they’re full.
databooq makes signup and registration forms with real seat limits. Publish workshops, classes, and signups where every seat updates in real time for everyone watching, and nothing ever oversells. Calendar confirmations, reminders, and waitlists are built in, for schools, teams, and anyone filling limited spots.
The last seat can only be claimed once.
Seat claims are checked at the database, not in the browser, and counters are pushed to every open form the moment they change. When a session fills up, everyone sees FULL at the same time - no refresh, no double bookings, no apology emails.
- Per-slot seat limits on slot cards and grids, per-option limits on choice questions
- Counters update live in every open tab over WebSockets
- Full means full - overselling is impossible by construction
Full is not the end of the story.
A claimed seat confirms itself: the email arrives with a calendar (.ics) file attached, and a reminder follows before the slot starts. Full sessions take a waitlist: the moment a seat opens, the first in line gets an email. Self-service cancel links put freed seats straight back into play, with no inbox admin on your side.
- Slot cards with real times and live seat counters
- Confirmation emails with calendar (.ics) invites and automatic reminders
- Waitlists with seat-opened notifications and self-service cancel links
Less like a form, more like a conversation.
Choose the classic list layout, one question per page, or conversational mode with keyboard-first controls and auto-advance. Your colors, fonts, and logo carry through every screen.
- Three display modes, switchable per form
- Nineteen question types, including picture choice and file upload
- Validated email, phone, and number questions
- Design templates and fonts, respondent UI in English, Czech, and Danish
Ask only what matters.
Show or skip questions based on earlier answers, so nobody wades through fields that do not apply to them. Turn any form into a scored quiz with points, a pass threshold, and an optional per-question answer review.
- Answer-based show and skip rules
- Quiz scoring with points, partial credit, and a pass threshold
- Opt-in answer review that shows respondents what was right
Built for the things that fill up
Sign-ups, bookings, and quizzes where a limited number of spots has to stay true for everyone at once. Pick the closest starting point, and each one ships with a ready template.
The rest is covered too.
A personal workspace by default, shared ones when you need them. Invite teammates by email and build together.
Views, starts, and completions for every form, plus where respondents drop off. Counted without cookies or tracking.
Responses export to CSV, XLSX, and JSON, plus per-response PDF. Your data leaves whenever you want it to.
Hear about new responses and sessions filling up. Respondents can get a copy of their answers, never more than one email per submission.
Registration grids, surveys, quizzes, and feedback forms ready to adapt, and any form you build can become your own template.
Collect documents and images with size and type rules. Files are stored on the same EU infrastructure.
Responses that go where you work.
No export-import dance. Every completed response can flow onward the moment it lands.
Connect a form to a spreadsheet once, and every response appends a row as it arrives.
Every submission POSTs to your endpoint with an HMAC signature your server can verify.
One script tag drops a live form into any website, seat counters and all.
Built in the EU. Hosted in the EU.
databooq is designed around the GDPR rather than retrofitted to it. The legal groundwork your organization needs is already written down.
The service and all response data run on infrastructure in the European Union. Nothing is mirrored elsewhere.
A Data Processing Addendum under Article 28 GDPR is part of the terms - not a sales-call extra.
Forms set only strictly necessary cookies. No ad pixels, no third-party analytics following your respondents.
Export all your data in open formats and delete your account yourself. Deletion actually deletes.
Simple while we build.
- All features included
- Unlimited forms and responses
- Live capacity, waitlists, and reminders
- Exports, embeds, Google Sheets sync, and webhooks
Paid plans will come later, with fair limits and plenty of notice. Forms you build during the beta keep working.
