Replies usually go out within two working days. You can write in English or Czech.

General questions
Anything about the product: whether it does what you need, something that looks broken, a feature you wish existed, press and partnership enquiries, or an invoice question once there is something to invoice.

Report a form that is phishing, scamming, or otherwise breaking the rules. This is also the contact point for notices under the Digital Services Act. Include the link to the form so it can be found.

databooq hosts the form, but the organisation that built it decides what happens to the answers. If you want your response corrected, cancelled or deleted, the fastest route is the person or organisation that sent you the form: they can do it themselves in seconds, and databooq is not allowed to touch their data without their instruction. If you cannot reach them, write to the data protection address and you will be pointed in the right direction.
What to put in your message
None of this is required. It just saves a round trip.
- The link to the form, if your question is about one.
- The email address your account uses, if you have an account.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- The date and rough time, for anything about an email that did or did not arrive.
- A screenshot, if something looked wrong on screen.
What can and cannot be done from this side
Worth knowing before you write, so nobody waits on an answer that is not coming.
Account trouble, publishing, seat counts that look wrong, exports, embeds, and emails that never arrived. All of that can be looked into directly.
The answers people submit belong to whoever made the form. The operator tools show counts and dates and nothing else, by design, so nobody here can read or edit a response to a form you do not own.
Writing to any of these addresses does not sign you up for anything. The addresses are not shared, sold, or added to a mailing list.

Who you are writing to
databooq is run by an independent operator based in the Czech Republic, and everything is hosted in the European Union. The terms set out who is responsible for what and which law applies, the privacy notice covers the data databooq holds about you, and the data processing agreement covers the responses your own forms collect.
